What does the mowing service include?
Our mowing service includes mulch mowing, line trimming around lawn edges and obstacles, and blowing clippings from affected paths and hard surfaces. Mulch mowing returns finely cut clippings to the lawn. Catching and removing clippings should not be assumed to be part of the service.
If the lawn is very long, wet or difficult to access, explain that when discussing the quote. The appropriate approach depends on the condition of the grass. Reducing a badly overgrown lawn's height may need stages rather than one very short cut.
How is a one-off mowing quote calculated?
The quote considers lawn area, grass height and density, slopes, obstacles, access and the amount of trimming required. A one-off or overgrown lawn can cost more than the same area maintained regularly because more work may be needed.
Prices on our regular mowing guide are for 2, 3 or 4-weekly service and include GST. They should not be treated as a guaranteed one-off mowing price. Your individual quote confirms the price and included work.
